Therapy That Helps You Come Back to Yourself
Individual Therapy
You may be here because something in your life feels heavier, harder, or more confusing than it used to. Maybe you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you can’t easily explain. Perhaps you’re noticing that the ways you’ve learned to cope by staying composed, prioritizing others, pushing through, keeping your feelings to yourself, are not working the way they once did.
You don’t need to have a specific label for what you’re experiencing. Many people don’t. They just know that certain experiences, relationships, or expectations changed how they learned to show up in the world. You may simply sense that something in you is asking for attention, understanding, or relief.
I offer therapy as a place where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. A place where your emotional world is met with compassion and curiosity, not judgment.
In working together we might explore the beliefs, emotions, and long-standing patterns that shape your inner experience. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship stress, or a general sense of disconnection, our work will be collaborative and paced gently.
Together, we might explore:
• the parts of you that learned to stay quiet or overly agreeable
• why you’ve felt responsible for others’ emotions
• where perfectionism or self-doubt may have taken root
• how your body responds when you're overwhelmed
• what boundaries feel confusing or difficult
• what it means to feel grounded and connected again
Therapy isn’t about finding what’s wrong with you. It’s about understanding what shaped you and determining what you want for yourself now.
